The Westin Washington, Dc Downtown Hotel

I chose this hotel for a seminar due to its convenient location and excellent facilities and services such as 24-hour reception, restaurants, bar, WiFi, room service, valet parking. The 11th-Floor Terrace was a pleasant addition, perfect for hosting events.

The one service I missed was a designated quiet area for working.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown DC. The location was perfect, with the Metro, National Mall, and other attractions within walking distance, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with everyone being extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved having two TVs in separate spaces. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the public parking options across the street, which were very reasonably priced.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit DC. With its prime location, top-notch service, and luxurious amenities, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the Big Bus yellow route stop, making it easy for us to explore the city. There were plenty of great restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.

Nice stay for the manager who did n't show up, no complains at all. Staff and location were outstanding, but most important - the hotel was fairly clean. I loved the room with a nice walk-in shower, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Everything was great, we had great 2 days here. All the employees were personable and perfect. It had central location close to Citycenterdc.

The hotel had super clean rooms and comfortable beds which were perfect for a good night's sleep. It was located in a very convenient spot, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our Christmas vacation. Another advantage was the helpful staff who were quick to answer questions and provide directions.

the parking fees were quite expensive and there was an additional tax per day which added up.

Staff and location were very good and I loved that the place was clean. The restaurant was great in lobby here, I had excellent dishes. It was as expected, had a quite comfortable stay at a perfectly located district hotel.

Additionally, the hotel's gym is massive and well-equipped, allowing guests to stay active during their stay.

Some front desk clerks could be more pleasant and helpful, as they failed to offer directions to the parking garage during check-in and check-out.

As a light sleeper, I loved the peaceful atmosphere and soundproof rooms. The comfortable beds and fresh linen made a great night's sleep.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location across from Convention Center, walkable to Metro station, bars. Upgraded to Executive Suite for 40th anniversary, excellent customer service. Lovely lobby and swanky rooms.

room was nice and had a pleasant size. sports bar downstairs in the hotel has very good food! the bed or mattress was super comfortable and staff was friendly. location was great! as it is not directly in the, location was great because it was not directly in the highlife center but you did not have a five minutes walk to restaurants. the white house was within 14 minutes walking distance.

we were on the 16th floor (top floor) and apparently the ventilation units or other generators were right above our room and it was super loud. the door of a neighbor's room fell into the lock, it was so loud that it woke you up. however, one has heard nothing of the direct room neighbors.

The location for a business trip to DC is perfect.

Charging for the Internet and making the minibar insignificant will lower your grade.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy me. They worked tirelessly during a power outage to ensure guests' comfort, and even comped our night. The hotel's central location allowed me to explore lots of attractions in this city by foot. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

Strategic location for tourism. It is close to the middle of the mall, the Casa Blanca and good areas for shopping, restaurants, etc. Train station, metro and bus station.

The breakfast is expensive

We were in town for a basketball tournament and Renaissance was the perfect choice for us. The hotel's central location, just one block away from the venue, made it incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, from the friendly front desk to the helpful navigator and housekeeping team. The lobby was stunning and a great place to spend time with other families. The beds were so soft and the spacious, clean bathroom was a welcome sight. The room itself was comfortable and had a good selection of magazines. a highly recommended hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during the power outage. Despite the inconvenience, we had a lot of fun and even got our night comped! The public areas were cozy and nicely decorated, especially the lobby where we spent a lot of time. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of machines and workout items in the fitness center. Plus, the hotel's location in downtown was very convenient for us.

Downtown for a family trip, and its location was perfect for exploring the National Mall and Smithsonian museums with the kids. The hotel's comfortable rooms and convenient facilities made our visit enjoyable. The staff was warm and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for our entire family.

My wife says that additional kid-friendly dining options would have added extra convenience for families with young children.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Renaissance. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The hotel itself was quiet and the room was comfortable with a decent size. I didn't have a chance to try the food at the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby served delicious breakfast, albeit a bit pricey. The amenities were just what I expected from a large business hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC.

One of the main drawbacks of the hotel was the slow elevators. It seemed like they took forever to arrive, which was quite frustrating.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance in downtown DC for a business trip. The staff was amazing, helping me change my check-in date with no additional charges due to a cancelled flight. They even made our special birthday celebration unforgettable. The renovated rooms were spacious and the new interior was impressive. The location was convenient, and despite ongoing construction, there were no disruptions. The bed was incredibly luxurious and the hotel was immaculately clean. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location.

The room was super cozy with the most comfortable bedding and a pillow menu. We felt like we were sleeping on clouds! As a couple who values a good night's sleep, this was perfect for us.

The Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel was fantastic! The Vida Fitness Club was the sweetest amenity ever, perfect for unwinding after a day of seminaring and glad-handing. The location and venue space were great. Only downside? The renovations made it a maze to find my way in.

The fitness center was a haven amidst the bustling city, akin to an oasis in the desert. My daily sessions at the Vida Fitness Club were rejuvenating, and the endless pool felt like a luxury retreat within the hotel itself.

Valet parking was expensive.
